The soy complex continues to lead strength amid promising reports on trade. India appears to be in a position to import substantial amounts of soyoil oil while soybean exports to China are getting another look. Meanwhile, concerns over the future of USMCA are beginning to take hold. EPA rolled back emission standards that will have a large impact on DEF and fertilizer costs. Rain in Brazil is causing crop quality problems, though a bumper crop is still expected. U.S. inflation has slowed but the jobs market has rebounded, leaving question as to what the Federal Reserve will do with rates next.
