Modest Changes in Winter Wheat CCI Ratings

When USDA’s weekly crop condition ratings are plugged into the weighted Pro Farmer Crop Condition Index (0 to 500-point scale, with 500 being perfect), the HRW crop improved 1.1 points to 327.7 points. The SRW crop slipped 0.4 point to 373.8 points. The HRW crop is rated 5.8 points below its five-year average, while the SRW crop is 14.1 points above the average for the beginning of May.
