Spring Wheat CCI Rating Improves on Already Strong Reading

When USDA’s weekly spring wheat crop condition ratings are plugged into the weighted Pro Farmer Crop Condition Index (0 to 500 point scale, with 500 being perfect), the HRS crop rose 3.06 points to 389.86. That’s 30.80 points above the five-year average, though that includes a 291.31 reading from last year’s drought-ravaged crop.
