HRW, SRW CCI Ratings Slip in Final Fall Assessment

When USDA’s final crop condition ratings of the fall are plugged into the weighted Pro Farmer Crop Condition Index (0 to 500 point scale, with 500 being perfect), the HRW crop dropped 2.02 points to 347.60. The HRW crop moves into dormancy rated 15.97 points higher than last year and 3.03 points above the five-year average. The SRW crop dropped 8.75 points over the past week to 349.63. The final fall CCI rating is 28.15 points below last year and down 23.38 points from the five-year average.
