Corn and Wheat Inspections Strong at Expense of Soybeans

Comments: Inspections were up 39,128 MT from last week and above expectations. Inspections for 2016-17 are up 55.1% from year-ago, compared to 50.5% ahead the previous week. USDA's 2016-17 export forecast of 2.175 billion bu. is up 13.0% above the previous marketing year.
Wheat

Comments: Inspections were up 300,920 MT from the previous week and were well above expectations. Inspections for 2016-17 are running 26.5% ahead of year-ago compared to 23.3% ahead last week. USDA's export forecast for 2016-17 is at 950 million bu., up 22.6% from the previous marketing year.
Soybeans

Comments: Export inspections were down 372,073 MT from the previous week and were well below expectations. Inspections for 2016-17 are running 59.1% ahead of year-ago, compared to 112% ahead the previous week. USDA's 2016-17 export forecast is at 1.985 billion bu., up 2.3% from year-ago.
