Comments: Inspections were down 353,569 MT from last week and within expectations. Inspections for 2016-17 are up 79.1% from year-ago, compared to 77.1% ahead the previous week. USDA's 2016-17 export forecast of 2.175 billion bu. is up 13.0% above the previous marketing year.
Wheat

Comments: Inspections are down 229,744 MT from the previous week but within expectations. Inspections for 2016-17 are running 26.5% ahead of year-ago compared to 25.7% ahead last week. USDA's export forecast for 2016-17 is at 950 million bu., up 22.6% from the previous marketing year.
Soybeans

Comments: Export inspections were up 691,514 MT from the previous week's tally and were well above expectations. Inspections for 2016-17 are running 18.4% ahead of year-ago, compared to 36.0% ahead the previous week. USDA's 2016-17 export forecast is at 1.985 billion bu., up 2.3% from year-ago.
